What I expect from you as a buyer!

1)  I appreciate your loyalty.  If you are already working with a realtor please let me know.
2)  Be honest with me.  The more you tell me about your likes and dislikes the more effective our search will be.
3)  Be candid with me about your finances.  Get prequalified to strenghten any offers that you would like to submit.
4)  Trust that I will do my professional best for you.
5)  Allow me to contact and make appointments for you including for sale by owner properties.
6)  At open house viewings or new contruction sites please advise other agents of our client relationship before you look at the property.

What I expect from you as a seller!

1)  To price your home competivly based on current market conditions.  I will provide you with a CMA to help with the pricing of your home.
2)  Be honest with all property disclosers.
3)  Allow me to place a lock box on your door and place a for sale sign on your property.
4)  Allow me to advertize your property. I advertize in newspapers and on the Internet.
5)  Make it easy for us to show your home.
